REPAIR AND RETURNS

If your item needs repair, no worries. Should your jewellery break within the first 14 days of receipt/purchase, we will repair the piece at no charge, for a first time occurrence.

Our re-stringing and repairs are done with much care, and in all instances there is material to be replaced with new. If your jewellery piece needs repair after the 14 day window, we still offer this service for a small charge, that will be quoted for you when your request is received.
When jewellery is restrung all of the beads and materials go through a renewal process, your bracelet or necklace may look slightly different, since jewellery pieces are enhanced with piece of a kind beads.

Please follow these steps to return or repair your jewellery item(s):

1-Send your items to us. If returning, please include all original components (all beads and make up elements). If repairing, please send us everything that you have that makes up the jewellery piece, including any broken elements so that we can replace

2-Write detailed information about the condition of the jewellery and if there is any missing/broken elements

3-Let us know the name and approximate date when the jewellery was purchased by

4- Ship to us and obtain proof of shipping for your records  (we are not responsible for lost items)

5-After your package is received we will notify you immediately. If returning we will process your refund. If repair is requested, you should receive a following email as soon as the item is finalised

6 –Only then, if applicable (after 14 days of purchase) a link will be emailed to you, for you to make payment directly on the website, for repair and/or shipping costs. You can be sure that we are sensible and fair on any fees applied, and look only to cover the costs of making the jewellery piece over while replacing any materials damaged, at a minimum cost to you. You can select your shipping directly on the website according to your location.

Your jewellery is shipped to you promptly and like new, we hope you enjoy for long time to come

Product Returns

1.We have high standards for our quality control but if any goods are found to be damaged on delivery or appear to be faulty when received, we undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.

2.Goods are to be returned by the customer and must be sent by a carrier or postal service of sufficient value cover and in sufficient packaging as to protect the product. In transportation this method must also obtain a signature on delivery.

3. We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.

4. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Note: The repairs are at no cost to the customer if the item has been purchased within 1 month.

5. We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Cortestudioglass and we have a no-fuss returns policy. This means that if for whatever reason you are less than thrilled with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days from receiving it. All we ask is that you return the jewellery unworn and in the condition in which it was received. You will be issued with a refund by the same method of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned goods.

Items that are returned in an unusable condition (or returned after the permitted 14-day return timescale) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

**You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to Cortestudioglass. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
