Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If your order is shipping via UPS or FedEx, the order must be received within 3-7 days depending on your location. If your order is shipping via SPRING, it takes longer and you could receive it in 7-20 days depending on your location.

We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic/international shipments, please email 

Most of our orders ship via UPS. However, if the items weigh less than a few pounds, we most likely will ship via SPRING. We will also use DHL at your request. 
Since we do ship most of our orders via SPRING, our website will only allow you to choose that as a shipping option. However, there is a comments box on the shipping selection screen where you can write in your desired shipping method. 
Small orders going internationally will almost always be sent by SPRING to help save on shipping costs and brokerage fees. 


We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead, we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location. Therefore the shipping quote you receive when you place an order is not your final shipping charge. We will adjust the final cost after your order has shipped out, and then charge your credit card at that time. 
Your credit card is not charged when you place the order. So even though you are being quoted for UPS, you will only be charged for UPS if your order ships that way. If we ship your order by another method, your order will be adjusted and your credit card will be charged for the adjusted shipping cost after your order ships. 
You can also have us use your UPS/DHL account number to charge your shipping. You can either write your account number in the comments box on the shipping selection screen or email it to


If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of the order, you will receive an automated email from either UPS or SPRING with your tracking number once the order ships. For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into 
your account on the website. You can track your orders shipped by SPRING:



You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

CORTESTUDIOGLASS is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of CORTESTUDIOGLASS to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. CORTESTUDIOGLASS  is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment are taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange to reship as custom orders are final sales and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should  CORTESTUDIOGLASS mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, CORTESTUDIOGLASS   is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package. In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a  CORTESTUDIOGLASS  product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
